If you need help booking your Health MOT, refer to these frequently asked questions.
Why can't I book my Health MOT online?
We are just about to launch this service - if your gym currently provides Health MOTs, online booking will be available by Wednesday 14th December 2016. You will need a Nuffield Health Account to use this service.
Which gyms can I book a Health MOT at?
You can book Health MOTs at your home gym. If you are part of the multi-club access service and you would like to book a Health MOT at a different gym, you can do so by contacting the gym directly or calling our call centre on 0300 123 5084.
Can I cancel a Health MOT?
Yes, when on www.nuffieldhealth.com log in to your Nuffield Health Account at the top of the page to manage your bookings.
Can I amend or change the time of my Health MOT?
If you would like to amend a Health MOT appointment, you can do so by logging into your account via www.nuffieldhealth.com. Please note that if you would like to change the time of an appointment you will need to delete the original appointment and select a new one.
There are no slots available, what should I do?
If there are no suitable time slots available through the online booking system, we recommend that you contact your club to discuss options for an alternative booking. The Health MOT online booking system only displays a PT’s availability over the coming 30 days as it is linked to our personal trainer’s calendars.
