Coronavirus update - July 2021 onwards
To protect the safety of our patients and staff the below safety measures are in place inside our hospital:
Wear a face covering - we will provide you with a clinical mask when you arrive at the hospital and we ask that you keep this on for the duration of your visit.
Sanitise or wash your hands regularly - please clean your hands on arrival and regularly throughout your visit using our hand sanitising stations.
Social distancing - please make sure you follow the social distancing signs and directional markers you see around the hospital.
Please come alone - we ask you to come alone to your appointments. Except in exceptional circumstances we are not accepting visitors. This includes visiting relatives or friends who are staying in hospital. Please do not visit the hospital, unless you have an appointment which requires you to attend.
Arrive on time - please arrive at the time of your appointment. Early attendance may mean we ask you to wait outside the hospital until your appointment is due.

Our car park is now managed by EURO CARPARKS. Patients and visitors are required to input their car registration in to the panels located in the main reception areas to avoid a fine. Parking T&Cs are detailed on signs in the car park.

Response to the CQC report
“The quality of care at Nuffield Health The Manor Hospital has been rated by the Care Quality Commission as Good across all domains. The inspectors reviewed surgery, outpatients and diagnostic imaging, and services for children & young people during their two-day visit, to assess whether these services are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led, and rated each of these domains as Good.
The inspectors highlighted that:
- There was a clear statement of vision and values, driven by quality and safety. Staff were aware of the values of the organisation and were passionate about good patient care.
- Feedback from patients and those close to them was positive. People were treated with dignity, respect and kindness. Patients told us they felt supported.
- Patients had timely access to initial assessment, diagnosis and urgent treatment at a time to suit them.
- The hospital management team engaged and involved staff working to ensure the voices of all staff were heard and acted on.
We have taken immediate steps to address area highlighted in the report requiring improvement.
