Our courses are designed for: individuals who wish to improve their understanding of mental health and develop practical skills to support themselves and others, as well as: organisations who want to support their employees to increase understanding and skills, as well to improve workplace culture.

Our programmes deliver enduring, meaningful and measurable change in thinking, attitude and behaviours, giving you a comprehensive skill set that enhances your CV, improves career prospects and enables you to act as an asset to your employer. Unlike some other mental health training providers, all of our trainers are also active mental health professionals who see patients on a one-to-one basis. As such they have an in-depth working understanding of real-life mental health.
