Our Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Friern Barnet is situated immediately beside New Southgate station and 5 minutes from Arnos Grove tube station.
The 19m swimming pool and fully-equipped gym provide the perfect combination to help you reach your fitness goals, from training for an event to losing those extra pounds.
Your gym membership will start with a complimentary Health MOT, giving you and our staff a good understanding of your current fitness and help them create a tailored fitness plan for you.
Please note, Friern Barnet Fitness & Wellbeing Gym is one of our adult-only clubs and therefore access is only available to those over 18 years of age.
