Are longer term payment plans available?
Longer term payment options are also available at 14.9% APR* with no added costs or admin fees. Once you know the price of your treatment, you can calculate your monthly payments on the Chrysalis Finance website -
What information do I need to provide to apply for a payment plan?
- Your address for the past three years
- Patient ID - this can be found on your appointment confirmation letter from the hospital
- Details of your regular monthly income
- Your current account bank sort code and account number
- The price of your treatment
- Your eligibility might be effected if you have had bankruptcy/ IVA or CCJ. Get in touch with Chrysalis to discuss alternative options.

Do all treatments qualify for a payment plan?
No, some treatments don't qualify for payment plans. To view the treatments that can't be paid for with a Chrysalis Finance loan, please click here. -
How old do I need to be to apply?
You need to be 18 years or older to apply. -
How much can I borrow?
We provide finance from £350 to £25,000, your doctor will confirm the cost of your treatment or procedure. -
Do I need to be a UK resident to apply?
To be eligible to apply for finance , you will need to have been a permanent UK resident for at least the last 3 years.
