BarreConcept®

BarreConcept combines ballet, Pilates and contemporary dance to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility.

BODYATTACK™

BODYATTACK™ is an intense 55 minute, sports inspired cardio workout aimed at building both your strength and stamina.

BODYBALANCE™

A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates inspired workout that leaves you long, strong, calm and centred.

BODYCOMBAT™

A challenging mix of martial arts and endurance, unleashing strength you never knew you had.

Get Movement is a low-impact dance exercise class devised to help everyday movement get easier for the over 55s.

GRIT™

A series of group exercise classes which combine short bursts of high intensity training with periods of recovery.

Human Race Running Club

This outdoors running club is open to all runners, whatever your level. Improve fitness and technique with expert support.

Indoor Cycling

A high-intensity group exercise class on a stationary bike, which allows you to increase or decrease pedal resistance.

Kettlebells

A Kettlebell is a cast iron weight, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a cannonball with a handle.

Legs, Bums and Tums

A popular group exercise class (especially with our female members) which targets the legs, bum and tum area to shape and tone the body.

LES MILLS BARRE™

LES MILLS BARRE™ is a 30-minute ballet inspired style of training that works to shape and tone your whole body. Without the traditional barre to support you, the muscles supporting your body’s stability and strength becomes the focus. It may look beautiful, but don’t underestimate the burn.

Les Mills Tone™

LES MILLS TONE™ is a 55-minute class that integrates aerobic exercise (for heart fitness), resistance training (for strength and stability) as well as stretching and mobility work.

NuCycle

Group cycling, with a difference. NuCycle offers a variety of classes from fully immersive to fun loving. Try out our uniquely designed rooms, purpose built with you in mind.

Pilates

A popular exercise class which helps build strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into alignment.

Swimfit
