You can now book beauty treatments online, 24/7. The process is designed to be convenient and simple, but you may have questions, so we've tried to answer a few for you below.
How do I book a treatment online?

What treatments can I book online?
All treatments that are available at the beauty suite, except spa day experiences, can now be booked online.
Can I pay online for treatments?
There is no payment through the online portal. Once the treatment has taken place payment is to be made at the salon.
Do I have to book online?
No, you are welcome to book online, over the phone or in person at your chosen Beauty Suite.
Can I buy vouchers online?
At present no voucher purchases can be made online. We are planning to add this feature in the future.
Who can book beauty treatments online?
Members and non-members can book beauty treatments. Members will need to set up their Nuffield Account in order to self serve and book online. Non-member will be invited to book as a Guest.
Member prices will show online as long as you are logged into your account.

What happens once I have booked online?
You will receive an confirmation email with the details of the booking.
Members can then also view upcoming bookings in their account.
Are member discounts applied online?
Yes. As long as you are logged into your Nuffield Health account, treatments that offer a member discount will automatically show the reduced price.
Can I choose a beauty therapist?
Yes, all the therapists' profiles and availability will be displayed online.
How far in advance can I book?
Customers can book up to 3 months in advance and up to 2 hours before the treatment start time.
Is the cancellation policy the same for online and in club bookings?
A member can cancel an appointment up to 30 minutes in advance of the treatment online . However, appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee which is 50% of the value of the treatment. If a member needs to cancel an appointment within 30 minutes they will be required to contact the Beauty Suite via phone or email.
Non-members cannot cancel an appointment online; they are required to contact the Beauty Suite directly. The same cancellation policy applies.
Failure to attend an appointment will be treated the same as cancellations and fees may apply.
I lost internet connection and I am not sure if my booking is complete.
If a booking has been made you will receive an email confirmation within 15 minutes. If you do not receive this email please call your local Beauty Suite who will be able to help confirm or make the booking for you.
Can I book a treatment from a course of treatments I have purchased?
Yes, please select the relevant treatment and this will be marked off your course at the Beauty Suite once the treatment has been completed.
