Breast reconstruction

A breast reconstruction is an operation to recreate a breast shape after you have had a mastectomy (breast removal). There are two types of breast reduction procedures, which include breast reconstruction using an implant and breast reconstruction using a latissimus dorsi flap.

High-intensity focused ultrasound is a treatment that uses high-frequency sound waves to destroy cancerous cells in the prostate. This treatment avoids invasive surgery and radiation, which reduces the risk and number of side effects.
