Our Chigwell Fitness & Wellbeing centre is located next to the Woolston Manor Golf Course and Topgolf Chigwell. This fantastic sporting complex can be found 8-minutes’ drive from Loughton or 5-minutes’ drive from Chigwell itself.

Weekends: 08:00–21:00;
Off peak hours: Weekdays: 09:30-15:30, Weekends: 15:30-21:00;
Bank Holiday hours: 08:00–20:00;
Children access hours - weekdays: 09:00–20:00;
Children access hours - weekends: 09:00–19:00;
Children swimming pool hours - weekdays: 09:00–19:45;
