Frequently Asked Questions
  • Do Nuffield gyms provide towels?

    One towel to use is included in your membership. An additional towel is available for £1.50 per visit. Please be aware that children are not permitted in any part of the Centre out with the above hours.

  • Can you bring a guest to Nuffield?

    Each guest will have to pay a fee to be entitled to enter that centre and to use the facilities. You can get details of these fees at your home centre. Your guests must sign in at the centre's reception and fill in an exercise questionnaire at the start of each visit.

  • Can you use multiple Nuffield gyms?

    As a Nuffield Health member, you can access loads of gyms and swimming pools around the country, so that when you're out of town, you don't have to give up on fitness. As a member, you will gain access to your home centre (the one you select on joining) as well as many more gyms around the country*.
