How can I help you improve your health?

The food we eat has a direct influence on our health. My aim as a therapist is to suggest practical nutritional plans that both improve my clients’ health and that fit easily into their lifestyles. Making one or two small changes can make a difference. I am equally as passionate about the relationship between food and health as I am about education; if we understand why certain foods upset our digestion or why controlling our blood sugar leads to improved energy then we can adopt change more readily.

Anna is an experienced nutritional therapist with a BA Honours degree in languages and a BSc degree in nutritional science and is a member of BANT and CNHC. She has been working as a nutritional therapist for 11 years in various capacities and at Nuffield since 2016.

Her special interests are skin, sports and energy nutrition, digestive health issues and weight management. She understands that making changes to the way we eat and our habits can be a challenge but she’d love to help you navigate your way to improved health.

Her motivation is in her clients’ results and successes.

She relaxes by running, practising yoga and Tabata and cooking.

What is Nutritional Therapy?

The foods you eat can have a fundamental impact on how your body functions and feels. Nutritional Therapy applies the science behind food to promote health, performance and wellbeing.

Your registered Nutritional Therapist will use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. You will then receive a nutritional and lifestyle programme tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your health goals.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine and is relevant for individuals with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to support their health.
