I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2020 because I have always been passionate about fitness and health.

I have gained knowledge in anaerobic and aerobic training,  gym resistance machines, nutrition and diet planning, gym-based exercises and free weight and body weight exercises so that I can support clients who take part in exercise and physical activity.

If you’re looking for help with weight loss, toning, gaining muscle strength or improving fitness levels then I’d love to help you on your fitness path.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have a strong background in extreme sports having worked as a ski instructor in North America since 2019. My time on the slopes has helped me to expand and refine my knowledge of functional and balance training, which I now enjoy sharing with my clients to empower them in their everyday lives.

I also spent six years training and coaching at national-level rowing competitions around Europe, giving me a wealth of experience on guiding athletes through structured training programmes in order to achieve their desired goals. My degree in sports and exercise science has also provided me with knowledge in areas such as physiology, nutrition and science-based training which is where my main passion lies.

If you’re looking for guidance on how to gain more functional fitness and improve your lifestyle, then I’d be more than happy to help.

I have worked within the fitness industry for over 5 years. Gaining experience and knowledge throughout. Previously competed in Powerlifting, which I still have a passion for. I also have a passion for bodybuilding, rehab and sport-specific training. Everyone has different goals and we will discuss what you want and how I can help you along your journey.

I strive to set my clients on a path with goals that flow from one to the next, to always be improving and enjoy that process.

During my time as a Personal Trainer, I have learnt that good health and fitness means something different to each individual, therefore; I strive to listen, learn and adapt my approach to each client's needs ensuring they improve by their definition. With experience working with a number of different health conditions, I aim to make fitness accessible for every person at any stage of their fitness journey. My background is in sports coaching and I have been football coaching for the past 3 years. I love helping people improve their fitness and take pride in seeing people’s results through my PT sessions with regard to both physical and mental wellbeing.

With my clients, I tend to specialise in fat-burning and muscle gain/toning but often help people to achieve all-round fitness improvements! I have a lot of knowledge on the nutritional side of fitness too as I know what is needed to achieve goals for those who are sports-specific and for people who just want to improve their health. 

I do understand that training in a gym can be a very daunting feeling so I like to help make people feel welcome so they can stay in good health for many years to come!
