How can I help you improve your health?
After finishing my studies in sport science and coaching, I became a personal trainer. Since then, I have focused on expanding and refining my knowledge in health and fitness.
Prior to Nuffield Health I was running my own business for several years abroad and consequently have developed a wealth of experience as a trainer with a wide range of clients. I take great pleasure in coaching different individuals and seeing what the benefits of a life dedicated towards health can do for people is my primary motivation.
What I embody is a life dedicated towards
continual growth and evolution and that’s what I hope to pass on to my clients.
I’ll show you how to become the strongest version of yourself, by understanding
how to optimise hormones through nutrition and lifestyle, and to learning how
to move correctly in order to build an athletic and pain/injury free body.
