How can I help you improve your health?

After finishing my studies in sport science and coaching, I became a personal trainer. Since then, I have focused on expanding and refining my knowledge in health and fitness.

Prior to Nuffield Health I was running my own business for several years abroad and consequently have developed a wealth of experience as a trainer with a wide range of clients. I take great pleasure in coaching different individuals and seeing what the benefits of a life dedicated towards health can do for people is my primary motivation.

What I embody is a life dedicated towards continual growth and evolution and that’s what I hope to pass on to my clients. I’ll show you how to become the strongest version of yourself, by understanding how to optimise hormones through nutrition and lifestyle, and to learning how to move correctly in order to build an athletic and pain/injury free body.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have a background in teaching through my Sports Coaching degree and specialising in a range of competitive sports such as swimming and sailing.

I have the knowledge to create training and nutritional plans based on individual needs and personal lifestyles.

Supporting people on their journey whether this is increasing muscle mass, losing body fat or improving swimming performance is informed by my own training experience.

My passion for the industry stems from competitive horse riding and gymnastics, this then developed into my love of fitness and weight lifting.

My mission as your Personal Trainer is to guide you with the tools to become the best version of yourself.

I have worked in the industry since 2008 and over the years have continued to develop my knowledge in specialist subjects. How can I help you improve your health?

Matt has been training himself in strength and conditioning for around 5 years alongside other performance-based training. He loves to help people increase performance and strength with the emphasis on good form, increasing mobility and giving people post-physio exercise help through the Nuffield Recovery Plus process.

Matt takes Personal Training very seriously and strives to help you reach all your wellbeing and fitness goals no matter what they are.

I strongly believe that fitness is for life. Developing a strong and mobile body and making that process a part of your everyday life is the best way to remain injury free, maintain a healthy weight and be happy with the way you look and feel.

I have a long history of training in multiple disciplines, from martial arts, callisthenics and gymnastics, and weight training, so whatever your goal I can find an interesting and varied way to get you there.

I appreciate that everybody is different so no matter your age, size, current fitness level or injury history I aim to provide the essential knowledge and guidance you need to train your body in the way that works best for you.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2019 and have had a passion for fitness from the early age of 11 when I started playing football for my local club.

Being born prematurely, I was a late bloomer when it came to physical abilities, but went from being one of the last to be picked, to being one of the first.

I have knowledge in weight training, conditioning and CrossFit. My personal fitness journey started with strength and hypertrophy training and I then progressed to competing and training in CrossFit.

If you’re looking to put on muscle mass, increase your strength, loose body fat and/or change up your training style, I’d be happy to help support you on your health, fitness and lifestyle journey.

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2017. Most of this time was in Greece. I am very passionate about sports and exercise and love to inspire people to do the same. I have a background in CrossFit, TRX & Taekwondo.

How can I help you improve your health?

My background is in sports coaching and I have been football coaching for the past 3 years. I love helping people improve their fitness and take pride in seeing people’s results through my PT sessions with regard to both physical and mental wellbeing.

With my clients, I tend to specialise in fat-burning and muscle gain/toning but often help people to achieve all-round fitness improvements! I have a lot of knowledge on the nutritional side of fitness too as I know what is needed to achieve goals for those who are sports-specific and for people who just want to improve their health. 

I do understand that training in a gym can be a very daunting feeling so I like to help make people feel welcome so they can stay in good health for many years to come!
