I strongly believe that staying fit and healthy is a choice you make. I have been active all my life; since I was 6 years old I had a background in dance and have been training ever since. My main aim is to help improve posture and generate an understanding of how the body moves whilst having fun at the same time. The gym has taught me discipline and an understanding that the only way to make change is to be the change. Make a change now, only for yourself and I can help guide you and motivated you through the progress whilst making training fun.

How can i help you improve your health?

I have a background in coaching and teaching through my Sports Coaching degree and specialising in competitive sailing and swimming. I have the knowledge to create training and nutritional plans based on individual needs and personal life-style. Supporting people on their journey whether increasing muscle mass, losing body fat or improving flexibility is informed by my own training experience, competing at national level in swimming and sailing and the use of resistance training since 16 years of age. I really enjoy training clients with HIIT, weight training and mobility and flexibility exercises.

My background is in sports coaching and I have been football coaching for the past 3 years.  I love helping people improve their fitness and take pride in seeing people’s results through my PT sessions with regards to both physical and mental wellbeing. With my clients I tend to specialise in fat burning and muscle gain/toning but often help people to achieve all round fitness improvements! I have a lot of knowledge on the nutritional side of fitness too as I know what is needed to achieve goals for those who are sports specific and for people who just want to improve their health.  I do understand that training in a gym can be a very daunting feeling so I like to help make people feel welcome so they can stay in good health for many years to come!
