Understanding your health and your risks, and discussing your lifestyle behaviours, means you can make an informed decision on your future lifestyle choices. Our Health Assessment Physiologist and Doctor team will guide you through the 360+ Health Assessment which in addition to the tests completed in a 360 Health Assessment, and the completion of a dynamic cardiovascular test using ECG or aerobic fitness test (depending on clinical appropriateness), will also include a coaching session. This will take place with your Health & Wellbeing Physiologist to help motivate any necessary lifestyle modifications.

Our Health & Wellbeing Physiologists are trained in behaviour change strategies to facilitate successful coaching sessions, empowering you to manage your health and wellbeing. They are also trained in physiology, anatomy, biochemistry and disease management. Further, they have extensive training in behaviour change techniques including Motivational Interviewing, which is the NICE guideline backed manner to coach health behaviours. Each Physiologist is a member of the Royal Society for Public Health, which has a respected heritage and stringent Scope of Practice.

If you have a full understanding of your current health you can then tailor your lifestyle accordingly to live life to the full.

Whilst a health assessment is not a diagnostic process, if any serious health issues are found we can refer you to the relevant specialist privately, or to your NHS GP for consideration of an NHS referral.

Cost of a 360+ Health Assessment = £899

If you have Private Medical Insurance, or are part of a company scheme, you may be entitled to a reduced rate. Please contact us for more details.

Understanding your 360+ Health Assessment

Prior to commencing your 360+ assessment, there is a thorough questionnaire to carry out. This helps us understand all factors influencing your health so we can provide a strong foundation for you to make positive changes. Afterwards, your assessment begins and we will:

STRESS LEVELS HEALTH CHECK

We all feel stress from time to time. However the volume, frequency and how we manage this stress is key to our health and wellbeing. During the Health Assessment, and from your pre-assessment questionnaire, we will assess your psychological stress levels and then using innovative technology, we will measure your physiological response to stressors and cognitive performance. We will then discuss techniques to help you respond better during stressful situations to improve your emotional wellbeing.

CHECK POSTURE AND MOVEMENT HEALTH

Musculoskeletal conditions are the leading cause of pain and disability in the UK, and a major cause of workplace absence and productivity loss. The quality and range of your movement can influence your susceptibility to experiencing and living with pain. During your assessment your Health and Wellbeing Physiologist will perform a functional movement assessment. This will evaluate your mobility, stability and strength, to help you to make proactive changes to your work, home and exercise routines to optimise your movement and reduce your risk of future pain and injury.

CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH CHECK

A healthy heart is essential for your overall health, and this depends a lot on the way you live. Regular exercise and healthy eating are significant factors in combating high blood pressure and high cholesterol, both of which can contribute to heart disease. Our tests will help reveal any concerns.

DIET AND NUTRITION HEALTH CHECK

We're constantly told what we should eat, but what's right for you, personally? Using our innovative and engaging dietary analysis based on the clinically validated Mediterranean diet, we will provide you with a detailed assessment of your nutritional habits so you can understand the key strengths and weaknesses of your diet and know what changes need to be made.

DIABETES HEALTH CHECK

Over half a million people in the UK have diabetes without knowing it. We will look for risk factors by measuring your blood glucose (sugar) level and analysing your urine. Our clinicians will then discuss your results and help you manage your blood sugar levels through exercise, nutrition and other lifestyle changes to reduce your risk of developing diabetes in the future.

CHOLESTEROL HEALTH CHECK

Your heart is your body's most vital organ, so make it healthier with a few simple checks. Our blood test will assess your cholesterol level, whilst our clinicians will work with you to help lower your risk of cardiovascular disease by implementing healthier behaviours.

BLOOD HEALTH CHECK

In addition to testing for cholesterol and diabetes, a full blood test will look for anaemia and the ability to fight infection; kidney and liver function; calcium and protein levels; as well as thyroid (female) and prostate (male) for the over 50's.

All to give you complete peace of mind that you have a full picture of your current health.
