SWAP is our School Wellbeing Activity Programme, developed to support young people to improve their overall wellbeing. We have used our research and expertise to develop free resources for teachers to help their pupils in key areas of health and wellbeing.
Our 6 lesson plans support teachers to deliver wellbeing content to pupils in schools. These lessons focus on 4 key pillars of wellbeing

- How I sleep.
Our kids' wellbeing hub is a great place for young people and families to access interactive wellbeing resources, from exercise videos to fun wellbeing activities and fact files.
