Reach your Personal Best 

A unique behavioural change programme tailored to your specific health goals 

At Nuffield Health, we offer connected health and wellbeing for every part of you, to help you achieve your health and wellbeing ambitions. That’s why we came up with the Nuffield Health Personal Best Programme – a unique 12-week programme to help you improve the way you eat, sleep and move. Better diet, improved sleep, increased physical activity. Included in your membership at no extra cost. 

You'll be guided by your own Wellbeing Personal Trainer who'll set goals, provide advice and develop a personalised action plan to help you build long-term positive habits.

In your first appointment we'll perform a health check, so we can get your baseline measurements, and repeat this at the end of the programme to show you the progress you've made. 

How the programme works

Week 1
First Appointment

  • Health history questionnaire
  • Health check
  • Goal setting and personalised
    action plan

Week 6
Check-in Appointment

  • Review of progress
  • Updated goals and action plan

Week 12
Final Appointment

  • Repeat health history questionnaire
  • Repeat health check
  • Review of achievements and next steps


What's included in your health checks

During the health checks in your first and final appointment we'll be measuring your: 

Body composition 

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body mass index (BMI)
  • Waist circumference

Cardiovascular health 

  • Resting heart rate
  • Blood pressure

Blood tests* 

  • Cholesterol profile includes; total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, total cholesterol/HDL cholesterol ratio (TC:HDL ratio) and triglyerides.
  • HbA1c level (Diabetes risk)

* This will involve a finger prick blood test.

If you're an active member, simply call your local Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre or visit reception and one of our team will be happy to help you sign up by booking your first appointment.
