We've put together a list of all the frequently asked questions we've received. If you can't find the answer to your question below, please contact your local centre.

  • How the programme works
    • Will the programme be bespoke to my health needs?

The information shared with your Wellbeing Personal Trainer during your appointments, and the results of the health check are unique to you. Our advice and recommendations are based on these details and your personal goals, therefore, providing you with bespoke support.

    • How can I track my progress?

Following each of your appointments with your Wellbeing Personal Trainer you'll receive a report via email with your results, and a clear action plan.

    • Does the programme include a gym-based session to go through exercises?

Personalised exercise programming appointments can be booked with a member of our fitness team to support you with your 'Move' pillar and provide exercise-based support. You are also entitled to an induction should you need advice on the use of gym equipment.

Please speak to your Wellbeing Personal Trainer or reception team to arrange this.

    • What happens if I need to visit my GP before continuing the programme?

If you receive a clinical referral to visit your GP following your health check, your Nuffield Health Personal Best Programme may need to be paused to give you time to follow this up. Once your GP has confirmed you can continue, we'll need a confirmation letter from them, and you can proceed with the programme once again.

You will need to rebook your first appointment with your reception team.

    • Can I change my mind while taking part in the programme?

This isn't a mandatory programme, so you're free to withdraw at any point. However, we encourage you to complete the programme for the best benefit to your health.

If you do withdraw, you will be next eligible to restart the programme in 12 months' time.

    • What happens once I complete the programme?
