Ross has always been highly competitive, performing internationally in CrossFit and sailing, and is always on the lookout for new ways to challenge himself.

Jack is new to the industry and open to many training styles. He personally enjoys workouts focussed on building muscle, whilst maintaining good form.

As a personal trainer, he is hard working and enthusiastic and sees it as his job to make sure you reach your fitness goals. He'll do this by motivating and guiding you through workouts tailored to you and how you prefer to train. In addition to this he'll push you out of your comfort zone, improving your fitness with different movements and equipment, ultimately maximising your results through proper strength training and conditioning work.

I take your fitness and targets seriously. I have a wealth of experience training clients for a range of goals, specialising in body composition and fat loss. I also work with a variety of athletes from bodybuilding to ice hockey. Following our consultation, we will progress quickly through fun and challenging workouts and on the road to a better you! Your training will be supported with nutritional and lifestyle guidance, to help you overcome the challenges that busy modern life presents.

Originally from Michigan, USA, Kelsey found a love for fitness at an early age, participating in about every sport offered. Her passion for sport and fitness led her to a career in Personal Training upon moving to the UK. Kelsey also has a background in psychology and nursing which helps her approach each client holistically.

When Kelsey isn't helping others achieve their goals, she is pursuing her own. A self-professed endurance junkie, Kelsey spends most of her free time pushing her limits. She loves setting herself new challenges, from full-distance triathlon, endurance cycling, road marathons, or her favourite, ultramarathons, Kelsey loves nothing more than pushing beyond what she thought capable. This mindset also helps her reach the most out of her clients. Kelsey will make you work hard and challenge you, but also ensure you have fun and tackle your goals, big or small.
