I've been on my own topsy-turvy fitness journey, starting by bringing my own body fat down from 28% to 8%, then competing in 10k runs before now (ask and I'll show you my 'before' picture!), so I know how daunting it can be without the right help. I try to embrace all aspects of fitness, and my attention to detail reflects this.
