Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

During Teodora's career she has worked in the private sector ranging from Sports injury clinics, private orthopaedic hospitals to Occupational health settings. She has a wealth of experience treating various musculoskeletal injuries particularly spinal pain.

She has a special interest in exercise rehabilitation and uses Pilates exercises in her programs for spinal pain management.

Teodora has also completed Levels 1 and 2 Women’s Health training and provides physiotherapy for pelvic floor problems, urinary incontinence, bladder training and pelvic pain using soft tissue techniques and combining Pilates principles for pelvic floor and core muscle control.

Kristof graduated in 2003 in Poland and during his physiotherapy career he has worked within the NHS and private sector and has extensive experience in managing patients with various musculoskeletal problems.

He is an active person who engages in an array of sports including: handball, swimming, cycling and skiing which helps him to identify with patients with acute injuries and help them to return to full fitness.

Kristof has a particular interest in biomechanics using treadmill video analysis to rehabilitate sports injuries to enable close analysis of running problems. He has a keen interest in shoulder rehabilitation and vestibular balance problems and is passionate about continuing his professional development and ever expanding his skill set as a physiotherapist.

She enjoys keeping up to date with current research with particular emphasis on shoulder rehabilitation and lower limb injuries.

Claire started her Physio career in the NHS gaining experience in general surgery, orthopaedics, general medicine and working at a senior level with musculoskeletal problems.

Over 30 years she has worked primarily in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal out patients in private practice and hospitals, gaining extensive experience in spinal, joint, muscle and nerve conditions in the UK and New Zealand.

She is proud to say she's now worked for Nuffield Health for over 15 years, the past 10 years combining clinical musculoskeletal and management roles. Hand Therapy and treating temperomandibular (jaw) joints is now also a considerable part of her work, treating both surgical and non -surgical patients.

Adele has worked within the NHS for nearly 17 years, working both as an inpatient and outpatient senior physiotherapist. During this time she worked closely with a Consultant Knee specialist where she gained invaluable experience in assessing and treating knees.

Previous roles have included working for three seasons for Ipswich Town Football Club as a senior physiotherapist for the Youth team and working in the ITFC Sports Injury Clinic.

She continues to have a specialised interest in knees at the Ipswich Nuffield Health Hospital.
