Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

Kristof graduated in 2003 in Poland and during his physiotherapy career he has worked within the NHS and private sector and has extensive experience in managing patients with various musculoskeletal problems including the management of scoliosis. Kristof has a particular interest in foot biomechanics and shoulder rehabilitation.

Tom has 15 years experience working for acute NHS hospitals, sports clubs, and private clinics. He rotated through different departments within the hospitals to develop his knowledge and skills in multiple areas of healthcare before specialising in neuromusculoskeletal physiotherapy.

Tom has a particular interest in helping people with dizziness and has completed training to use acupuncture techniques.

Tom says, "I love to promote activity in my patients and myself have a particular interest in BMX/cycling, rugby, tennis and snowboarding. Understanding the stress different sports and activities puts on the body helps me to provide my patients with effective treatment to enable them to get back to the activities they love."

Fleur has been a qualified physiotherapist for 20 years and has specialised in musculoskeletal outpatients for the past 16 years. She previously worked in the NHS as a senior clinician and clinical mentor and has been working in the private sector for the past six years. 

Fleur has been practising acupuncture since 2002 and incorporates this into her physiotherapy practice with the treatment of headaches, joint and tendon pain.

How can I help you improve your health?

Claire started her Physio career in the NHS gaining experience in general surgery, orthopaedics, general medicine and musculoskeletal areas. For over 30 years Claire has worked in orthopaedics and neuromusculoskeletal out patients in private practice, gaining extensive experience in spinal, joint, muscle and nerve conditions in the UK and New Zealand.

Having completed the BAHT Level 1, hand therapy is now a special part of Claire's work, treating both surgical and non -surgical patients.

Claire says, "I am proud to say I have now worked for Nuffield Health for over 17 years, the past 11 years combining clinical musculoskeletal work and management roles. I believe we all need to keep active to keep healthy and I enjoy long distance walking, singing and a busy family life".

Adele has previously worked within the NHS for nearly 17 years, working both as an inpatient and outpatient senior physiotherapist. During this time she worked closely with a consultant orthopaedic surgeon specialising in knees where she gained invaluable experience in assessing and treating knees.

Previous roles have also included working for three seasons for Ipswich Town Football Club as a senior physiotherapist for the Youth team and working in the ITFC Sports Injury Clinic.

Adele has now worked for Nuffield Health for eight years in her current role and is Clinical Lead for Progress Plus working with hip and knee replacement patients returning to fitness.
