Coronavirus update (12 June 2020)
We are re-opening! We are delighted to announce that our application to restart treatment has been approved. The team have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure that everything is in place. We are restarting treatment in a phased manner, while prioritising the safety of patients and staff. All treatment will be in line with advice from the government and our professional bodies (BFS and ARCS).
If you wish to have a treatment cycle, please call us on 01483 357 710 and speak to the nurses who will be able to arrange your appointments. We are finding new ways to work, to minimise the risk to both patients and staff. We are cutting back the number of visits to the clinic and minimising contact between staff and patients.
In the meantime we are continuing to run clinics for new patients as well as those who have already had treatment with us. Our counsellors continue to be here to help our patients, free of charge. We also have semen analysis appointments available, please talk to our embryologists for details. Wherever possible we will speak to you over the phone and minimise entry to the clinic. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to talk to us - just call on 01483 357 710.
Everyone entering our premises for any reason will be asked to have their temperature checked, and will be asked about their symptoms. Anyone who has a new, continuous cough or a high temperature (37.8 degrees or above) or who lives with someone who is self-isolating will be asked to go home immediately. You will be asked to wear a mask while in the clinic - if you have one at home, please bring it in with you.
