Circumcision

Epididymal surgery

Your epididymis is a tube just above your testicles that stores sperm. Sometimes fluid builds up in this area, causing an epidigymal cyst. This is usually harmless but in some cases will need to be removed.

A vasectomy is a surgical procedure to stop the transfer of sperm during ejaculation. It is a simple, reliable method of contraception. In some cases it is reversible, but you should really think of it as a permanent option.
