Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

How our physiotherapy team could help you

Physiotherapists, Helen and Sarah, based at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Fitness & Wellbeing Gym provide comprehensive assessments and treatments for people of all ages, to help manage pain, prevent disease and optimize function.

Our dedicated physio's will look at your medical history and carry out a thorough physical examination to determine the best course of action to enhance and optimize performance for you. They employ a wide range of modern techniques, such as manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise prescription to help promote health and well-being.

We work closely with our local Nuffield Health Hospital, on Tettenhall Road in Wolverhampton, as well as local GP's and sports clubs.

How can I help you improve your health?

Experienced outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapist possessing an in depth understanding of physiology, pathology, and metabolic-health which underwrites a broad clinical utility. As such, individuals can be offered diagnosis and management of an extensive spectrum of orthopaedic and neurological pathologies.

Philosophically I adapt a humble, contextual approach, and not healthcare by numbers; trusting and endeavouring to involve the individual in decision making process throughout the provision of their care. Where I can, I do my best to recognise circumstance and context, and I feel that this process is critical to developing the necessary to clarity to be able to attend to individual needs accordingly.
