Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

In addition we can offer pre and post natal treatment and advice as well as vertigo and balance rehabilitation with our vestibular specialist.

During his physiotherapy career Jaspal has amassed over 20 years clinical experience working in a variety of settings including NHS Teaching Hospitals, GP clinics, community clinics, working with England Counties Under 16 and 18 Hockey and within the private sector.

He has been the physiotherapy manager at Nuffield Health in Wolverhampton for 10 years and has developed a strong working relationship with many of our orthopaedic consultants, building a strong reputation in the local community for providing an excellent service for all types of musculoskeletal problems.

How can I help you improve your health?

After graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2004, I have worked within NHS, sports and the private sectors. Over the past 13 years I have specialised in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics and sports injury rehabilitation within a variety of inpatient, outpatient and gym based environments.

I also worked at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, as part of the hockey medical team and in a voluntary role with cycling, snowboarding, pitch side hockey and water sports. I have a wide and extensive range of experience and education in the assessment and management of orthopaedics and musculoskeletal injuries sustained in sport, training and everyday life, through treatments such as: manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, pilates, acupuncture, aquatic therapy, road bike fit, sports taping and advice.

I enjoy treating a variety of conditions and I'm here to help get you back on the road to recovery and to the pastimes or sports that you love doing. My main interests are: cycling,  winter sports, hockey/field sports and board sports.

Outside of Physiotherapy, I enjoy travelling, playing club hockey, snowboarding, road cycling and board sports.

After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2016 I have completed my general rotations in a large teaching hospital. My rotations consisted of elderly care, critical care, general medicine, major trauma, stroke rehabilitation and MSK outpatient physiotherapy. 

My areas of clinical interest include the diagnosis and management of shoulder and knee pathologies. I enjoy treating these with a variety of different treatment tools including, manual therapy, exercise prescription and advice and education in order to provide each patient with a personalised, progressive rehabilitation programme.

How can I help you improve your health?

Since graduating from Keele University in 2016, I have worked within the NHS, sports and private practice. I have worked with Tri-athletes and for Stoke City football club and was responsible for diagnosis, treatment and sports specific rehabilitation for aspiring players.

I have always had a special interest in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and combining manual therapy with exercise and rehabilitation programmes to optimise each patient’s recovery. Since joining Nuffield I have furthered my skills in the management of patients following orthopaedic surgery.
