How can I help you improve your health?

Water-based training is perfect for people who need a low-impact way to train. Although you are in the water and not in the gym the benefits are the same. Due to the resistance of the water, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning are just as effective as land-based training.  For those suffering from joint or back pain, arthritis, obesity, injury, or other conditions that make land-training painful and challenging, there is no comparison to the results and benefits of water personal training. Water based Personal Training will also help you develop your swimming ability.

My qualifications and sporting activity ensure I have developed a sound knowledge of fitness, gaining the skills to support individuals to create and maintain a healthy, happy and fit lifestyle. My desire to work in fitness and exercise spurred me into studying at Staffordshire University and I am now a graduate with a BA degree in sports studies. I have also undertaken professional fitness training to develop the practical skills needed to fully develop individual fitness. I am developing a specialism within strength and conditioning to help individuals perform better and build strength in any chosen sport.

Daniel is a personal trainer who also has a sports degree from the University of Wolverhampton. Yvonne has been in the fitness industry for 14 years and has been a Personal Trainer for 8 years. She is a mom of 2 grown children and her heaviest weight after childbirth was 17.5 stone! She understands the challenge of weight loss and fitness.


She has a passion for serving and helping clients reach their goals, whether it be to improve their physical fitness, aesthetics, strength training (which is her speciality), or to improve their mental health and wellbeing. She helps clients improve in their confidence, have a renewed focus and feel good about themselves on their fitness journey.
