Water-based training is perfect for people who need a low-impact way to train. Although you are in the water and not in the gym the benefits are the same. Due to the resistance of the water, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning are just as effective as land-based training.  For those suffering from joint or back pain, arthritis, obesity, injury, or other conditions that make land-training painful and challenging, there is no comparison to the results and benefits of water personal training. Water based Personal Training will also help you develop your swimming ability.

My desire to work in fitness and exercise spurred me into studying at Staffordshire University and I am now a graduate with a BA degree in sports studies. I have also undertaken professional fitness training to develop the practical skills needed to fully develop individual fitness.
