Vida is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, and graduated from The College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2015. She is a firm believer in using food as therapy and offers her clients advice on how to improve their health and vitality using good nutrition.
As well as offering one to one consultations, she also runs successful weight management courses. She advises on the benefits of nutrition in such areas as stress management, depression, women’s health, heart health and sports nutrition.
To relax, Vida enjoys long distance swimming – especially in lakes and the sea. She is also a member of a local triathlon club, and takes part in many events during the season.
