Every course of treatment starts with a 45-minute initial assessment to assess your symptoms, then recommend the right plan for you and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time. *Treatment price does not include specialist pelvic health physiotherapy appointments.

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapists use a wide range of techniques such as manual therapy and exercise prescription to maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease.

How can I help you improve your health?

I am highly motivated individual with a passion for musculoskeletal health. I have graduated in BSc Sports Therapy with a 2:1 and MSc Physiotherapy with Distinction, these degrees have given me the knowledge on assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and management of range of health conditions.

I enjoying helping individuals manage their pain and promote healthy recovery and encourage a safe return to sports or desired activities.

I have a keen interest on working with runners of all different levels, helping them overcome injuries and most importantly preventing them via detailed screening of running load and functional movement to address any strength or mobility deficits which can be targeted as part of a rehabilitation or prevention protocol.

I look forward to seeing you in clinic and helping your recover and achieve your goals
