Hello, I’m Adri! I am one of the Personal Trainers here at Nuffield. Having worked at a bodybuilding gym previously and competed in bodybuilding shows, I have received a wealth of experience in the fitness industry. This has developed my passion for training and now I want to spread my knowledge to help others achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. I specialise in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and weight loss. How can I help you improve your health?

I initially started in the fitness industry 12 years ago as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer and have been a Nuffield Health team member for over 3 years now. Within the past year I have moved into the role of Rehabilitation Specialist, running our flagship Joint Pain Program.

The program itself uses a combination of education and physical activity to equip participants with the knowledge and practical experiences to better manage pain long-term and help them achieve their goals.

The program offers tailored advice on physical activity to help with rehabilitation and support participants on their journey back to good health and wellbeing. We also include educational topics such as pain management, emotional wellbeing, goal setting, improving sleep, and nutrition.
