Join our senior women's health Physiotherapist Minal, specialising in Menopause in a group session with Q&A at 6 pm for 1 hour followed by an optional Menopause specific exercise class with our Personal Trainer Tamsyn from 7-8 pm.
The session is designed for you to recognise the signs of perimenopause and ask advice on how you can help minimise your symptoms and be surrounded by like-minded people. Exercise can help minimise the symptoms of Menopause which Minal and Tamsyn can both help guide you.
