Sarah made the move into fitness after several years of amateur sports coaching, seeing people thrive with new found confidence and taking steps to lead healthier and happier lives made her realise that this is what she was passionate about. Many of us lead such busy lives and spend so much time looking after others that everyone forgets to take the time to look after themselves; she aims to help her clients put themselves first and make small, achievable and maintainable changes to their lifestyles for overall health, fitness and wellbeing.
