Many of us lead such busy lives and spend so much time looking after others that everyone forgets to take the time to look after themselves; she aims to help her clients put themselves first and make small, achievable and maintainable changes to their lifestyles for overall health, fitness and wellbeing.

Nathan believes a well-balanced nutrition and a consistent exercise routine provides a foundation for personal achievement not only within a fitness and wellbeing point of view but also day to day life. In his opinion personal training was never just something that he was interested in because of meeting targets and showing what he knows, he was more interested in using these skills in a way of assisting my clients into reaching their goals within a structured and specific time scale. Realistic and attainable goals are defiantly achievable through the correct mind set and motivation. He takes a more functional role into assisting you reach your goals through the use of several pieces of equipment including Kettlebells, TRX or even resistance bands rather than the basics such as treadmills.

He currently plays semi-pro football for Boston UTD FC which has made him become friends with people within the football industry, this led him to train players at Leicester City & Burton Albion FC.
