Paul is a level 3 Personal Trainer. As a former England marathon runner & current 5th Dan Master of Karate, his specialities are cardiovascular fitness, martial arts, boxing & SAQ. He is also qualified in coaching people with disabilities & safeguarding young people. He has dedicated years of training to these components and to sharing his extensive knowledge gained in these fields. He can give you the motivation you require to achieve your own specific goals.
