BODYBALANCE™ is a unique workout which incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to help improve flexibility, build strength and leave you feeling relaxed and calm. The class will help you learn how to control your breathing and focus your mind.

You will carry out a series of stretches, poses and moves to create a holistic workout that brings the body and mind into a state of harmony.

To ensure we keep our sessions fresh and exciting for all participants a new BODYBALANCE™ class is released every three months, complete with a new playlist and choreography.

Each class is made up of approximately 45 minutes of easy-to-follow but challenging exercises, followed by a further 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation work.

What do I need to bring to BODYBALANCE™?
