Dr Large trained in Cardiology in the UK and Australia, spending 18-months as an interventional fellow at Flinders Medical Centre, Adelaide. His areas of clinical expertise include acute coronary syndromes, complex coronary interventions (rotational and laser atherectomy), percutaneous closure of atrial septal defects and diseased of the thoracic aorta.
Interests that Dr Large is currently developing include percutaneous treatment of mitral valve regurgitation and percutaneous left atrial appendage occlusion.
