I am specialised in strength and conditioning. I have a firm understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body and what it needs to achieve my client’s goals. My focus is on designing personalized workouts pertaining to my client’s needs. I love to incorporate techniques such as circuit training, plyometric, improving flexibility, and joint stability along with the proper nutrition needed for achieving fitness goals.

Weather its conditioning for sport (strength/speed/Power) or general life (fitness, weight loss) I can help. I’m very easy going with a great sense of humour. I like to help people improve their confidence in the gym so they can apply it elsewhere.
