I have specialised my self in strength and conditioning. I have a firm understanding of anatomy and physiology of the body and what it needs to achieve my clients goals.

My focus is on designing personalized workouts pertaining with my clients needs. I love to incorporate techniques such as circuit training, plyometric, improving flexibility, joint stability along with the proper nutrition needed for achieving fitness goals.

With a first-class degree in Sport & Exercise Science, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise to help my clients exceed their individual fitness goals. I have experience in Strength & Conditioning, enabling you to challenge and improve your capabilities. I also focus on posture, movement screening and corrective exercise techniques to relieve pain, muscle imbalances and prevent injury or re-injury. Through my passion for training you will receive support, gain confidence and achieve results.
