I have specialised my self in strength and conditioning. I have a firm understanding of anatomy and physiology of the body and what it needs to achieve my clients goals.
My focus is on designing personalized workouts pertaining with my clients needs. I love to incorporate techniques such as circuit training, plyometric, improving flexibility, joint stability along with the proper nutrition needed for achieving fitness goals.
