About

Charles studied at Oxford University, then trained in Orthopaedics in Central London. He travelled to Australia for a year long fellowship in Sports surgery and learned a number of cutting edge techniques in sports knee surgery.

He has been a Consultant in London since 2011 working in the major trauma unit at St Mary's, then in Lewisham and Greenwich as well as London Bridge and Blackheath privately. He has built up a reputation as being a specialist in sports injuries and knee surgery and has developed a number of innovative surgical techniques for getting elite athletes recovered from injuries and back to sport with minimal disruption. Charles sees sports people from all around the world and has enjoyed treating a number of high-level athletes. However, Charles prides himself in giving the same level of treatment to active individuals of any age or discipline.

He has now moved to Bournemouth and Poole to allow his young family to enjoy all of the benefits of the area and to put the skills he has honed in the cut and thrust of London in to practice here.
