Our self-guided online therapy programme aims to give you the tools to improve your emotional wellbeing in the long term, following the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, with access to online resources for 12 months.

Emotional Wellbeing - What Can I get help with?What to expect

You will have access to online resources guiding you through 7 learning modules that can help you manage and improve your emotional wellbeing using the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). You'll follow a structure program over 8 to 10 weeks and are encouraged to interact with the program regularly via to-do lists, activity scheduling and reminder SMS or emails. As with CBT the aim is that you end therapy with the tools and techniques to act as your own therapist and prevent re-occurance of your problem.
