A module-based self-help therapy, completed in your own time
Our self-guided online therapy programme aims to give you the tools to improve your mental health in the long term, following the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy.
The online programme covers a wide range of topics including anxiety, depression, stress, financial worries and a specific COVID-19 module.
You'll have access to the online resources for 12 months.

What does self-help therapy involve?
You will have access to online resources guiding you through seven learning modules that can help you to manage and improve your mental health using the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
You'll follow a structured programme over 8-10 weeks and are encouraged to interact with the programme regularly via to-do lists, activity scheduling and reminder SMS or emails.
As with CBT, the aim is that you end therapy with the tools and techniques to act as your own therapist and prevent recurrence of your problem.
How much does self-help therapy cost?
Our self-help therapy programme costs £29 for 12 months access, completing modules at your own pace in the license period.
All types of mental health support can be self-funded. Alternatively, if you have Private Medical Insurance you may be able to access support via this funding route. Please contact your insurer to see if cover is available.
