Your initial 45-minute appointment involves an assessment and treatment. We assess your pain and symptoms to determine the cause of these symptoms, then recommend a treatment plan for you and begin this treatment. Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes. Your physiotherapist will advise how many appointments you will need but you can stop treatment at any time.

How can I help you improve your health?

I completed a Masters’ in Physiotherapy in 2010 and have extensive experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, persistent back pain and long term conditions. My passion lies in celebrating quality of life, health promotion and rehabilitation for everyone. I have extensive experience within wellbeing, cardiothoracic medicine and a specialist interest in spinal health.

As a qualified Pilates instructor and yoga teacher I have an holistic approach to health to create fun and sustainable programmes to enable my patients to thrive.

I enjoy sharing knowledge and regularly write for publication. Please do not hesitate to approach with me any questions you may have.

How can I help you improve your health?

During my career as a physiotherapist and sports therapist I have treated a variety of age groups and conditions as well as provide therapy for people of varying athletic ability within the clinical and pitchside setting.

I have worked closely with elite athletes and their coaches in sporting disciplines such as athletics, football, cycling and multi-sport racing. I believe that everyone is entitled to a high level of care, regardless of their age and sporting ability, to get them back to where they want to be as soon as possible.

I have a keen interest in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and gained valuable experience in treating various conditions such as sporting injuries, neck and back pain, shoulder and knee complaints. Along with this therapeutic experience, I am also a certified clinical pilates instructor and conduct ergonomic assessments.

I enjoy outdoor activities such as surf skiing and running and I go to the gym religiously.
