The Parkside Platinum Health Assessment gives you a complete picture of your wellbeing, identifying potential health problems early and creating a clear plan for the future.

Led by an experienced GP (Dr Angana Nankani) and a Senior Nurse, your assessment includes a comprehensive range of evaluations, including cardiovascular risk scores, lung function analysis, and specific tests for men and women.

Afterwards, you will receive a personalised report with clear, actionable recommendations to support your long-term health. If any further testing or care is needed, we offer rapid referral to our specialist consultants.

What's included in our health assessment?

1 hour with your GP and 1 hour with a Senior Nurse.

You will receive a written personalised report.

Fast-track referral to an experienced consultant at Parkside Hospital.

General checks

  • Comprehensive medical history review
  • Full-body physical check-up with your GP
  • Body Mass Index (BMI), height, weight & waist circumference
  • Oxygen levels (if indicated)
  • Hearing Test
  • Vision test (if indicated)

Heart & lungs

  • Blood pressure
  • Heart age (cardiovascular risk score)
  • ECG (resting)
  • Lung function test (spirometry)
  • Chest X-ray (if indicated)

Blood tests

  • Full blood count
  • Ferritin (Iron levels)
  • Diabetes
  • Cholesterol (lipid)
  • Liver function
  • Kidney function
  • Vitamin D
  • Thyroid (lipid)
  • Urea and electrolytes

Other tests

  • Bowel cancer check

Female-specific

  • Cervical Smear
