Corporate Hospitality
All consultants are invited to attend an annual general meeting (AGM) at the Nuffield Health hospital at which they practise. The AGM is generally hosted offsite, with food and drink provided.
Medical Advisory Committee (MAC) Chairs from all Nuffield Health hospitals are invited to attend an annual conference in London, joining the Nuffield Health senior leadership team in reviewing Nuffield Health hospitals’ performance over the past year, sharing best practice and discussing objectives for the year to come. In recognition of their voluntary service to Nuffield Health as MAC Chairs, attendees are invited to attend a dinner and provided overnight accommodation following the conference. The cost of the hospitality provided at the last
such conference in November 2019 was £500.00 per consultant. The dinner is attended by MAC chairs,
Hospital Directors, Nuffield Health Operating Board members and central senior
leadership teams.
Paid Advisory Roles
Referring clinicians holding part-time or paid advisory positions within a hospital are disclosed on both the relevant hospitals CMA declaration and on the relevant individual’s profile on the Nuffield Health website.
