Luke began working as Personal Trainer in 2014 after gaining his BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from University of Surrey. During his studies was able to specialize in strength and conditioning, nutrition and Athletic Programming. His practical experience and academic expertise in field of Sport and Exercise Science has led him to become a personable, versatile and knowledgeable trainer always aiming to incorporate a wide variety of exercise techniques in his sessions.

Jay's background in Martial Arts allowed for an easy transition into gym based exercise from the age of 16; from here he took the decision to train as a personal trainer to help educate others on a healthy lifestyle. How can i help you improve your health?

Dave is a highly driven strength coach and fitness therapist with 22-years’ experience in the fitness industry; this extends to working as a tutor and workshop developer for personal trainer certifications, as well as developing Movement Activation Drills (M.A.D) to help accelerate an individual’s Fitness and Rehabilitation goals through a series of “Instant Fitness exercises. Away from the gym, he can be foundworking towards a BSc in Sports Therapy, two Level 4 certifications in Low Back Pain, and Strength & Conditioning.
