Luke began working as Personal Trainer in 2014 after gaining his BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from University of Surrey. During his studies was able to specialize in strength and conditioning, nutrition and Athletic Programming. His practical experience and academic expertise in field of Sport and Exercise Science has led him to become a personable, versatile and knowledgeable trainer always aiming to incorporate a wide variety of exercise techniques in his sessions.

Darryl's passion to educate, instruct and motivate you to improve your health and performance, has developed him into an experienced and proven personal trainer. His passion for personal training has been an ongoing  goal since starting with Nuffield Health in 2009.

How can i help you improve your health?

Dave is a highly driven strength coach and fitness therapist with 22-years’ experience in the fitness industry; this extends to working as a tutor and workshop developer for personal trainer certifications, as well as developing Movement Activation Drills (M.A.D) to help accelerate an individual’s Fitness and Rehabilitation goals through a series of “Instant Fitness exercises. Away from the gym, he can be foundworking towards a BSc in Sports Therapy, two Level 4 certifications in Low Back Pain, and Strength & Conditioning.

Using her sports coaching science and teaching skills Cristina easily, effectively and rapidly adapts to your specific goals and requirements to provide you with adequate guidance and right motivation enabling you to achieve your goals whether it is general fitness and wellbeing, sport or event specific, weight loss, muscle tone up or medical conditions.
