Lisa graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2003, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy.
Lisa has gained many years of experience in various fields of Physiotherapy working within South Africa and the United Kingdom.
She has worked with the 2003 under 19 Springbok Rugby team and has a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic experience.
Lisa spent 2 years working in a world recognised trauma and emergency department in Johannesburg treating high dependency orthopaedic, trauma and neurological patients.
Lisa spent 4 years working within the NHS specialising in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has managed teams of physiotherapists within the NHS at St George’s University Hospital.
In 2011 Lisa moved full-time into the private sector working for Nuffield Health in corporate and gym based physiotherapy clinic, treating and managing of a wide range of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions. In her sessions with clients she uses her acupuncture skills to benefit many varied conditions.
She also has done post graduate training in the fields of ergonomics and women’s health, specifically pregnancy related conditions.
