Having been at the club for over  10 years she has gotten to know the members very well and transitioned from not only doing Pt as at a senior level but has added teaching Pilates as well.She has moulded the two concepts by ensuring to educate and promote wellbeing and development to the participants.Zec is a qualified NLP fitness coach, which means assisting to goal set and giving understanding accountability.

Zec believes in functional movements and understanding awareness through movement.A great believer in advocating exercise through pregnancy and regularly does  inductions for both pre and post natal members.

With over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry, he is still extremely passionate about health and fitness.  Daniel aims to help members to live a healthy lifestyle that benefits their minds and bodies.

Daniel wants to deliver quality training programmes to his clients to help them reach their fitness goals.  He can accommodate those looking to try something new, start from scratch, refresh an old training style or get back into the swing of an existing regime.  He enjoys pushing people to their limits and beyond and most importantly to have fun while doing it!

Moises understands perfectly what sitting on a chair, staring at a screen for 8 hours a day does to your body.  He has been in this situation himself and suffered the consequences.  That is why he is interested in correcting posture, strengthening the body and getting activity into our modern, busy lives. 

Moises’ sessions are fun and enjoyable but will also work you hard to make you feel energised and inspired.  Moises can adapt his training style to all levels of fitness and training experience, so that anyone can take steps towards achieving their fitness goals with him.
