How can I help you improve your health?

Having been at the club for over  10 years she has gotten to know the members very well and transitioned from not only doing Pt as at a senior level but has added teaching Pilates as well.She has moulded the two concepts by ensuring to educate and promote wellbeing and development to the participants.Zec is a qualified NLP fitness coach, which means assisting to goal set and giving understanding accountability.

Zec believes in functional movements and understanding awareness through movement.A great believer in advocating exercise through pregnancy and regularly does  inductions for both pre and post natal members.

Jean loves working with people to find opportunities in their daily lives to make small changes that over time, lead to massive results.  He’s not interested in quick fixes.  Jean’s aim is to carefully guide every client through groups of specifically selected workouts, chosen based on the individual’s body and goals.  Ultimately strengthening their body and mind.

Whether you are after weight loss, muscle gain or functional training, Jean can make life easier by doing the planning and pushing you closer to getting the body you have always dreamed of.

I am sports scientist, Gift McLaren. I am a driven track and field athlete with a desire to share what I have learned, working alongside elite athletes and corporate businesses.

With my personal trainer accreditation and strength and conditioning education, my mission is to use physical activity as a means to eradicate obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other chronic conditions associated with inactivity.  

With a scientific background and invaluable years of experience, I utilise my specialist skills and in-depth knowledge surrounding sport specific training, nutrition, speed training and postural realignment in order to help you take control of your health.

As a former gymnast I have been involved in different sporting events most of my life: London to Brighton bike ride, team triathlon and charity events.

I therefore, understand what it takes to be successful and the steps to help you get there.

With 25 years within the fitness industry, I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge. Giving me a great advantage to train a variety of clients from semi-professional golf players, dance choreographers and overseeing complex medical issues.

I have the expertise to help you: improve posture, gain core strength, rehabilitate after an injury and/or surgery. Most importantly helping individuals to improve flexibility.
