Bruno has been a personal trainer for the last 6 years and has helped over 150 people achieve their goals through personal coaching.  

He works with every kind of client, from weight loss to muscle building, to sports conditioning

His main area of work is rehabilitation.

Having been at the club for over  10 years she has gotten to know the members very well and transitioned from not only doing Pt as at a senior level but has added teaching Pilates as well.She has moulded the two concepts by ensuring to educate and promote wellbeing and development to the participants.Zec is a qualified NLP fitness coach, which means assisting to goal set and giving understanding accountability.

Zec believes in functional movements and understanding awareness through movement.A great believer in advocating exercise through pregnancy and regularly does  inductions for both pre and post natal members.

I have played a very high level of football throughout my life and have been a PT for 18 months. Given this, I have a lot of experience in specific sports performance. Despite this background, I specialise in weight loss/gain as well as strength and conditioning.

With a big focus on gym confidence and improving mental health, this is the perfect chance for you to take the first step in your fitness journey, regardless of ability. I have 10 years of knowledge in personalised body fitness. I teach multiple training styles to suit every clients specific needs, always working towards the results that you wish to see in yourself. I specialise in: weight loss, weight gain, muscle building, body toning, body sculpting, core training and yoga. Having competed and won the title of Mr. India in 2014, I am well versed in natural bodybuilding and can confidently assist in competition preparation.

I specialise in acupuncture, so I am able to help with muscle pain management as well as  muscle recovery through pressure points.
