I have coached a variety of people from all walks of life into an elite level of strength, built significant amount of muscle, lost over 70lbs of weight while still being able to manage their busy lifestyles.

My goals are to help you gain confidence weightlifting/ resistance training and to learn how to exercise effectively and safely on your own to maximise your time spent in the gym. Having been at the club for over  10 years she has gotten to know the members very well and transitioned from not only doing Pt as at a senior level but has added teaching Pilates as well.She has moulded the two concepts by ensuring to educate and promote wellbeing and development to the participants.Zec is a qualified NLP fitness coach, which means assisting to goal set and giving understanding accountability.

Zec believes in functional movements and understanding awareness through movement.A great believer in advocating exercise through pregnancy and regularly does  inductions for both pre and post natal members.

I have played a very high level of football throughout my life and have been a PT for 18 months. Given this, I have a lot of experience in specific sports performance. Despite this background, I specialise in weight loss/gain as well as strength and conditioning.
