Jack has a wealth of knowledge within health and exercise, allowing him to obtain great results. He takes pride in delivering a bespoke service where clients can feel comfortable, achieve their goals and prioritise their wellbeing.
Jack is a versatile trainer, capable of meeting the demands of all different abilities ranging from complete beginners through to experienced athletes.
Having completed a sports and Exercise Science degree, Jack is able to educate clients on how to improve and sustain a healthy lifestyle long-term through advice on body composition, resistance exercise, injury prevention and nutrition.
