Jack has a wealth of knowledge within health and exercise, allowing him to obtain great results. He takes pride in delivering a bespoke service where clients can feel comfortable, achieve their goals and prioritise their wellbeing.

Jack is a versatile trainer, capable of meeting the demands of all different abilities ranging from complete beginners through to experienced athletes.

Having completed a sports and Exercise Science degree, Jack is able to educate clients on how to improve and sustain a healthy lifestyle long-term through advice on body composition, resistance exercise, injury prevention and nutrition.

As an international athlete representing England in running, Dan leads by example. 

Using the latest sport science and through developing a close relationship, Dan aims to create enjoyable, individualised and effective programmes to achieve your goals.

He loves a challenge and has a real passion for sports and fitness. Everyone continues to learn throughout their life. He does as a Personal Trainer as does every client. They all have a different lifestyle and they may wish to lose weight, gain muscle or recover from injury. He focuses on each individual person and advises them to give themselves an even greater challenge than the one they are trying to master and they will develop the powers necessary to overcome the original difficulty.

He believes the quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.
