From taking part in every sport accessible to specialising in eight years competitive Gymnastics - it is fair to say I have always had a keen interest to keep active. Having experienced the phenomenal feeling of accomplishment throughout my own journey, becoming a Personal Trainer was unquestionable!

I believe no goal is unreachable; and with a positive mental attitude it is undoubtedly achievable.
