By encouraging you to change the way you approach your training, I will endeavor to help you improve your fitness, movement and wellbeing. My aim will be to give you the tools to maximize your time in the gym and assist you in achieving new goals whilst making your workouts interesting, enjoyable and effective. We all have strengths and weaknesses and together we will work towards developing and improving these to optimize your training and be the best you can be.
Having always been interested in healthy living and an active lifestyle, becoming a personal trainer was an obvious choice. I have been personal training for over 11 years and have been involved in training pre and post -operative clients, pre and post- natal, those requiring sports specific training and individuals looking to achieve weight loss and improved general fitness.
