I believe mental health, emotional wellbeing and physical fitness are intrinsically linked and I aim to help others find this balance in their lives.
With a background is gymnastics, yoga and calisthenics, I encourage clients to explore their physical potential through movement, strength and play.
I am passionate about “creative fitness”, and helping my clients explore different fitness modalities and opportunities.
