How can I help you improve your health?

I believe mental health, emotional wellbeing and physical fitness are intrinsically linked and I aim to help others find this balance in their lives.

With a background is gymnastics, yoga and calisthenics,  I encourage clients to explore their physical potential through movement, strength and play.

I am passionate about “creative fitness”, and helping my clients explore different fitness modalities and opportunities.

I’ll ensure you feel comfortable & improve your confidence in the gym, whether your aim is body transformation, to improve muscular strength, or if you’re training for an event.

With a combination of holistic, HIIT, conditioning, strength and sport-specific training along with stretching and recovery, I’ll enable you to take ownership of your health.

How can I help you improve your health?

I have been a personal trainer at Nuffield Health for a number of years now and during my time here I have been able to help a wide variety of people achieve their goals. Fat loss, muscle gain, toning, core strengthening and increasing fitness levels are all things I have experience with in helping people achieve. 

I strongly believe in having the gym as part of your lifestyle; fitting it into your routine and making habitual changes for the better. This is something I have been successful in achieving with all of my clients, helping to increase their confidence whilst teaching them about nutrition and the right approach to their diet.
