Fitness has always played a major part in Heather's life. She played Hockey for many years and loved the team environment. She also passion for weight training and instructing classes. Heather is passionate about helping people adopt a healthier way of living through enthusiastic, motivational and friendly client care.

His passion for health and fitness comes across in his work and the results his clients achieve. Guy would love to help anyone with a goal and a desire to better themselves.
