My name is Arvy and I’m a movement and wellbeing practitioner. I was always active with a passion for fitness activities when growing up. In my 15-17s, I took a lot of interest in bodybuilding and strength training. Alongside weightlifting, I started practicing arm wrestling training and intensively competed in the professional competitions.A few years back, I experienced a shoulder injury. The recovery process allowed me to learn a completely different approach to the body movement principles and importance of mindset in the training. Since then I practice a holistic lifestyle approach which helped me to achieve a long lasting results.I’m here to help you to improve your body and perform better towards your goals. My primary focuses is on re-education of movement, mobility and flexibility, mindful body awareness of how to exercises, move and perform better, which helps to improve your life inside and outside the gym.
