How can I help you improve your health?

My name is Arvy and I’m a movement and wellbeing practitioner. I was always active with a passion for fitness activities when growing up. In my 15-17s, I took a lot of interest in bodybuilding and strength training. Alongside weightlifting, I started practicing arm wrestling training and intensively competed in the professional competitions.A few years back, I experienced a shoulder injury. The recovery process allowed me to learn a completely different approach to the body movement principles and importance of mindset in the training. Since then I practice a holistic lifestyle approach which helped me to achieve a long lasting results.I’m here to help you to improve your body and perform better towards your goals. My primary focuses is on re-education of movement, mobility and flexibility, mindful body awareness of how to exercises, move and perform better, which helps to improve your life inside and outside the gym.

How can I help you improve your health?

My fitness background is primarily sports and athletics based having played netball for 10 years and previously competing at county district level. I enjoy training in the gym and also attending classes such as bodycombat for that feel good social element of exercise. It can be daunting being that ‘new person’ in a class or trying out different equipment in the gym, I know, I’ve been there and experienced those feelings too.

I believe physical fitness is not only great for the body but also our mental health wellbeing, which is why I like to make my training sessions more interactive and fun. If you are looking to improve your overall fitness levels & build your confidence within the gym environment then I’m the trainer for you.

How can I help you improve your health?

My passion for physical fitness started when I was 12, when I began learning kickboxing. By the time I was 17, I had obtained my black belt and other belts in various different Martial Arts. My love for fitness wasn’t just physical; I also enjoyed the theory behind the science. 

The importance of physical fitness become brutally clear when I endured my military basic training course, along with three operational tours of Afghanistan and one tour of Iraq. The harsh environments, torturously heavy equipment and the distance covered on foot. These experiences moulded my mind set, which enabled me to complete marathons and an ultra-marathon. Recently I competed in a UKBFF Men’s Physique category in which a placed forth. Doing this enabled me to understand the dedication and painful procedure to achieve the low body fat of around two percent. I have a vast array of different training disciplines that can be used to achieve whatever goal you want to achieve. I believe dedication, discipline and determination are the key factors for success.
