Growing up I played football for Arsenal and England Youth teams competing at the World Cup, European Championships and winning FA cups/League titles. I then moved to America for 4 and a half years to complete a soccer scholarship attending both Seattle and Seton Hall university gaining a degree in Graphic Design. Very passionate about fitness and excited to be able to use my knowledge and experiences to help future clients.

I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I have helped friends on their weight loss journeys, and they spurred me on to get into personal training. I used to take part in triathlons and now enjoy long-distance running and HIIT, which is great to transform the body.

The workouts are versatile with the use of equipment or no equipment.

I look forward to supporting clients to be the best version of themselves with the skills and knowledge in personal training.
