I'll help you achieve things you didn’t think were possible and exceed your own expectations. I have 20 years experience leading and managing people. I will motivate, drive and inspire you to get the best out of you to reach your full potential.

If you are new to the gym, have gym anxiety or interested in using new equipment for the first time then book a session with me. I'll teach you safe and effective exercises to empower you to achieve your goal, gain confidence and feel good.

I'll take time to understand your individual targets, limitations and barriers. Together we will build a plan that over comes those barriers and is tailored specifically for you to achieve your goal. I can help you cut through the confusion & misinformation about nutrition and give you clear advice backed by science and experience.

Progression is a form of getting out of your comfort zone and trying new techniques to better yourself in all areas of life. My goal is to help eliminate the doubt and push on towards success, whether minor or major goals we can work as a team to conquer the journey. I specialise in strength and conditioning, weight loss and event training.

New to personal training. Currently in my fourth year of training in a gym and loving every second of it. I have a sporting background of Golf, Football, Rugby, Basketball and the occasional yearly 5k run.

From Rhondda, which is perfect for me as I love walking through forests and up mountains. Since I play golf I also have a good variety of golf courses not too far away which is my favourite way to get in my weekly steps.

I love seeing people who are determined to reach any goals they have, and I am here to help exceed these goals and continue with any fitness journey and improve people's health and wellbeing.

My favourite type of training is weightlifting/bodybuilding, but I am always open to trying new training styles and learning new techniques.
