I have a background in long distance running and martial arts. I also hold a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and 1stDan Judo black belt. I provide clients with nutritional advice, new training ideas, fun workouts, challenging sessions, fitness testing and results. All I ask in my clients is to give their best and to commit to their training goals.
