At the Nuffield Health Canary Wharf Health Club our experienced physiotherapists use a wide range of techniques such as manual therapy and exercise prescription to maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease.
We can offer expertise in upper limb and hand rehabilitation, pain management programmes and post-surgical recovery. Many of our therapists are also trained in Pilates, Acupuncture and Joint Manipulation, carrying out thorough biomechanical assessments to enhance and optimise function.
We have strong links with many orthopaedic consultants in the Nuffield Health network and have an excellent track record in the rehabilitation of upper and lower limb sports injuries.
Physiotherapy pricing
- Initial Assessment: £65 - non-member/member (45 minutes)
- Follow up sessions: £43.50 - non-member/member (30 minutes)
- We are also approved by most major private medical insurers.

- Monday: 08:00 - 16:00
- Wednesday: 07:30 - 15:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 16:00.

After qualifying in 1996, I have worked in a variety of settings, including the NHS, professional sport and corporate health and fitness. Having dealt with my own injuries I can relate to my clients and know the importance of a prompt diagnosis and speedy recovery. I specialise in finding the primary cause of any injury and have the skills to help you reduce the risk of being injured again in the future.
