How do I choose which modules I’d like to cover?
Before your Health Assessment you’ll receive an email from us prompting you to choose the module(s) you’d like to work on during your time with us.
You can use Trium to select modules for you based on the answers you gave during your initial health screening questionnaire. Trium will make detailed recommendations that are suited to your current health requirements, situation, and body composition.
Alternatively, you can choose to change the recommended module(s) to one that you feel is most relevant to your current health concerns.
The Pro 1 Health Assessment
The Pro 1 Health Assessment is delivered by a Doctor and includes a detailed blood analysis and one 30-minute Doctor-led module.

The Pro 2 Health Assessment
The Pro 2 Health Assessment is delivered by a Physiologist and Doctor and includes two 30-minute modules for you to choose from.

The Pro 3 Health Assessment
The Pro 3 Health Assessment includes two 30-minute Doctor-led modules and one 30-minute Physiology module.
